How It Works
Collectibles are tokenized as single-unit assets (supply = 1 per token ID) within the ERC-1155 framework. Each item is individually registered, authenticated by recognized specialists, and placed under physical custody within an Enclaves SPV. The token represents direct beneficial ownership of the specific physical item.
Custody Model
Physical custody is maintained through professional storage partners—bonded warehouses, fine art storage facilities, or specialized vaults depending on the asset type. Custody verification is conducted periodically with cryptographic attestations signed by both the custodian and the Enclaves infrastructure.
Valuation
Collectibles are valued through a combination of third-party appraisals at issuance and market-driven price discovery on secondary markets. The platform records valuation history and condition reports as part of the asset's on-chain provenance record.

How It Works

The token represents beneficial ownership of the underlying security, with all corporate actions (dividends, splits, etc.) processed through the SPV.
Custody Model
Securities are held through regulated custodians and broker-dealers operating under applicable securities law. Custody verification is automated through integration with broker systems, providing real-time confirmation of holdings and position accuracy.
Compliance
Securities tokenization operates under strict regulatory compliance, including KYC/AML requirements, accredited investor verification where applicable, and adherence to securities transfer rules. The Enclaves platform automates compliance workflows while maintaining full audit trails.
Real Estate
Fractionalized, income-producing commercial and residential properties with transparent ownership structures and automated income distribution.
How It Works
Real estate properties are held within dedicated Enclaves SPVs, with property ownership registered in the SPV's name. Token holders receive fractional beneficial ownership through ERC-1155 tokens with fixed supply per property. Rental income and other proceeds are distributed to token holders through the SPV according to their proportional ownership.
Custody Model
Real estate custody is maintained through title registration in the SPV's name within the property's jurisdiction. Title verification is conducted at issuance through registered title companies or land registries, with ongoing monitoring for encumbrances, liens, or regulatory changes.

Each token is backed by a specific, identified physical holding with serial numbers or lot identifiers recorded on-chain.
Custody Model
Physical metals and commodities are stored in insured, audited vaults operated by recognized custodians. Vault verification includes regular physical audits, weight confirmations, and assay reports. Custody attestations are signed by both the vault operator and the Enclaves infrastructure.
Redemption
Token holders may request physical delivery of their holdings, subject to minimum lot sizes and logistics arrangements. The redemption process is managed through the SPV framework with full documentation and chain-of-custody tracking.
